Compassion Takes Action - Bangladesh
Since March of 2025, I have been working with a nonprofit called Compassion Takes Action to raise awareness about orphaned refugees in Bangladesh.
Being an exceedingly poor college student, I have very little to contribute to the cause besides my time and skills. Which is what led me to start designing posters and t-shirts for their fund raising events!
Girls Rising is the branch of Compassion Takes Action that works to educate women and girls on menstrual health and pregnancy as well as fund their access to menstrual care products.
These t-shirt designs are for an upcoming fundraiser in Massachusetts for that cause. They will be sold at the event and online with all of the proceeds going toward the menstrual care packages going out to Afghanistan in 2026.
This is a t-shirt that I designed for the trip in 2025 where Compassion Takes Action board members and their families visited Bangladesh and delivered essential aid to schools and the Rohingya refugee camp in Cox’s Bazaar.
